When you use Bloomly, we collect the minimum information needed to run the service:

• Your email address — to create your account and send you emails
• Your business name, industry, and details you enter during onboarding
• The social media posts and email campaigns you generate through the platform
• Your subscription and billing information, handled securely through Stripe
• Basic usage data — which features you use, so we can improve the product

We don't collect anything we don't need.

We use your information to:

• Run the Bloomly service and generate content for your business
• Send email campaigns to your subscribers on your behalf
• Process your subscription payments through Stripe
• Send you product updates and account-related emails
• Improve how the platform works

We do not use your data to train AI models or share it with advertisers.

Your data is yours. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your business data to any third party. Full stop.

Bloomly is built on trusted infrastructure. The services we use are:

• Supabase — our database and file storage
• Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions
• Resend — sending email campaigns to your subscribers
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI content generation

Each of these providers has their own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Once deleted, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

You can also export your contacts and campaign history from your dashboard at any time.
