Terms of Service

What Bloomly is
Bloomly is an AI-powered marketing platform designed for local businesses — salons, spas, studios, and similar. It helps you generate social media content, manage your email list, and send email campaigns to your subscribers.
By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
You own your content
Any content you generate, write, or upload through Bloomly is yours. We don't claim ownership of your posts, email copy, business data, or subscriber lists.
You grant us permission to process and store your content in order to run the service — nothing more.
Subscriptions and billing
Bloomly offers monthly subscription plans billed through Stripe. Here's how billing works:
- You're billed at the start of each billing period
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then
- We don't offer refunds for the current billing period
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice
Free trial
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with access to all features. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you'll need to choose a paid plan to continue using Bloomly.
We reserve the right to modify trial terms at any time.
Account termination
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including accounts used for spam, abuse, or illegal activity. We'll make a reasonable effort to notify you before taking action unless the situation requires immediate suspension.
You can close your account at any time by contacting us.
What we're not responsible for
Bloomly is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running reliably, but we're not liable for:
- Missed or failed social media posts due to third-party platform outages or API changes
- Email delivery issues caused by recipient spam filters or Resend service interruptions
- Results of your campaigns — open rates, conversions, or business outcomes
- Any indirect or consequential losses
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Florida.
